Sweetening learning curves with their tasty know-how, these bakers run a pantry full of inclusive classes to train up cake-lovers young and old. The Confetti & Spice team ready wooden spoons for tutorials ranging from wedding cake masterclasses to sugar flower run-throughs and decorating demonstrations. When not imparting their wisdom, the sweet-toothed maestros mix up a colourful array of cakes which are available to purchase both online and in their Henley-on-Thames HQ.
Rolling up sleeves for this two and a half hour class, participants can warm up with refreshments as they assemble in groups of up to 10. The session will see the on-hand expert lead clients through the creation of fine French macaroons as supplied materials are used to whip up fresh ganache and fondants. After learning how to attractively stack and arrange their treats, pupils may take home a box of their own fancies to show off and tuck into at home.
