The Resort
The hotel welcomes guests to modern accommodation, with functional open-plan bedrooms with double and twin beds. The oasis leisure centre has both a heated swimming pool and a fully equipped gym, and the restaurant serves a variety of dishes prepared with local ingredients where possible. The kids' club keeps the little ones entertained with the yellow furriness of Benny the Bear, and the budding circus stars can learn a trick or two from JJ the Clown.

Head to the beach to build an enormous sandcastle, leap around after volleyball, or stretch out on the sand. Then perhaps challenge a family member to a gruelling tennis match, snooker tournament, or rapid-fire round of table tennis. Explorations outside the resort include regular sheep racing events at the Big Sheep Family Park, with fat little bundles of wool trotting and leaping along a specially designed course. Surfing and horse riding excursions can offer ample diversion for an afternoon, before slumping exhausted into bed in preparation for the next day's activities.

Transport
Train: The nearest train station is Barnstaple, with connections to Exeter and much of the UK rail network.
Road: Exit the M5 at junction 27, following the A261 to Barnstaple. Follow signs to Braunton and Croyde Bay, and the resort is on the left just before the village of Croyde.

Really friendly staff who go out of their way to help, fantastic value, brilliant position (5 minutes to the beach), spacious, comfortable rooms even for 4 of us. This has always been a nice place to stay in Croyde, this hotel now makes it one of the best places to stay.
