Overlooking Oxford’s spires, Hinksey Heights Golf Club enjoys some of the most on par views in the Thames Valley from the undulating greens of its par 71 Championship course. The 18 hole main course boasts heath land and enough green space to shake a club at, while two smaller sets of 9 hole green give practising putters a fair shot. With a 200 year old barn complete with exposed beams serving as the clubhouse, the transition from tee time to tea time couldn’t be smoother.
Stepping out onto the 6388 yard course, two or four players will be able to drift off and imagine they are heading out for the opening day of an international tournament as they survey the lush fairways before them.
