Racing clients toward their goals, these tireless trainers impart motivational know-how and keep-fit tips in a spread of 11 different classes at their Kidlington HQ. The Taurus Training instructors pack their gym bags for activities which range from Pilates to body combat, and also keep the classes running seven days a week to accommodate busy energy-burners. Striving to cultivate a relaxing social environment, the centre boasts additional chill-out areas which come complete with nifty Wi-Fi internet.
Granted one month’s access, clients may come and go as they please and fit their choice of classes around any other commitments they may have. Participants may attend as many classes as they wish and can enjoy free reign of the centre’s changing rooms, showers, and social facilities.
