Helping dreams to take flight, Virtual Aerospace offers promising pilots the chance to reach for the clouds with a range of flight simulator experiences in a mock Boeing 737 NG. Aspirant aviators get the full pilot experience as commercially qualified airline pilots take them through a choice of scenarios and virtual airports. Realistic 737 engine and cabin sounds work alongside high-resolution computer graphics to enhance the simulation and leave imaginations soaring. 
The 30-minute piloting session will begin at Virtual Aerospace’s airport-themed reception, where a quick brief will be given over a tea, coffee, or soft drink. The action will then move to the simulator itself as high flyers are shown the captain’s chair and given the reins of the running engine. The simulation will take-off when the wheels of the airborne chariot are off the ground and, after a tour of the virtual skies, pilots will prepare for landing, with their co-pilot offering instruction. An upgrade to an hour-long experience is available for an additional £44 and there is a jump seat available should a spectator wish to come along for the ride.

The simulator itself is a real 737 training simulator and the visual effects are stunning and totally realistic … My wife sat in the jump seat for the whole flight and said she greatly enjoyed it as well (even though she has no interest in flying). I would recommend this to anyone, regardless of whether you are an aviation enthusiast (as I am) or not. It is also a fantastic gift for someone and very good value (I think it may be the best value of all the simulators). We plan to do this again with them sometime.
