Traditional Cornish charm exudes from the exposed brick frontage of this pub and restaurant, where patrons can discover a host of piping-hot pub grub and chilled tap beers. The pub’s charming rural surrounds are reflected in an interior of exposed beams and white-washed walls, while the restaurant’s views provide indulgent glimpses of rural Cornwall. Three courses of traditional fare can get off to a fragrant start with smoked duck breast served with onion marmalade (£6.75), or perhaps a steaming bowl of moules marniere with crusty bread (£5.25).
