Helping aspiring riders to cover new ground, Tor Royal Stables saddles up staff to take clients trotting through the scenic wilds of Dartmoor. Participants may mount their steed to hone horsey skills over 90 minutes of one-to-one tuition, during which the on-hand expert will guide them through a series of practical routines. Alternatively, those opting for a brisk hack can take the reins to canter in ones or twos amid Dartmoor’s rugged terrains and tors at their leisure.
