With Aaron at the helm Ultimate Freestyle Personal Training runs boot camps on Monday and Wednesday evenings at 6.15pm in Kingston Park, Fratton.
A brief assessment kick-starts the first of these ten 60-minute sessions as one of the team identifies each client's fitness level. All sessions will involve a blend of cardio and resistance exercises designed to get hearts pumping faster than the extended arms at a rock concert.
