Food etiquette dictates that you should never eat with your mouth open or move the knight before your prawns. Get your manners in check with today’s Groupon: £22 for a two course meal from the Black Rock Grill at Bamboo Bar and Restaurant.
Residing on the bustling Palmerston Road, Bamboo Bar and Restaurant provides a sleek and contemporary dining and drinking experience serving up a vibrant array of cocktails and contemporary cuisine. The restaurant combines dark wood and earthy tones with cosy deep red booths and quirky furnishings, including mirror balls and Asian artwork. The extensive menu combines Thai, Chinese and Japanese dishes cooked by chefs with over sixty years of experience, some of whom have cooked for the Thai royal family at the Royal Hotel in Japan.
Grumbling Groupon stomachs are invited to get fulfilled through a unique dining experience, with a choice of starters and mains from the Black Rock Grill Menu. With a choice of chicken, steak or prawns, dishes are presented on a hot volcanic rock for diners to cook to their own personal taste, be it medium, rare or well done. All dishes are served with side salad, chips and speciality dipping sauce to complement the juices and flavours seared in by the rock. Starter options include dishes such as soft shell crab (£6.95) and mains include those such as 8oz sirloin steak (£13.50), or sea scallops and king prawns (£18.95).
