Offering a carefully selected menu and using as many local ingredients as possible, Charnock Farm Restaurant & Bar serves classic British fare in a dining room complete with exposed brick walls and a wood burning stove. There's a large outside area for lazy summer afternoons, and the restaurant hosts regular events alongside private parties and special occasions.
Selecting a starter and a main each, diners may wish to tuck into the mozzarella stack with pesto dressing, or take on the black pudding bon bons with a whisky dipping sauce. From the Look, presentation, portion sizes and flavour - I challenge anyone to find fault - it’s just excellent. The service was great - I am not sure if Charnock has improved (as on both occasions it’s been great for us) but please keep it up. [sic]
