The agile bodies at Rockfrog Outdoor Activities have taken great leaps and bounds with their passion for adventure, to a place that presents physical benefits to a wide array of people. Providing classes for all ages and abilities, climbing courses will aim to teach patience and mental power to those who have a hit an emotional wall, alongside harnessing rock solid body strength. For four weeks, one evening a week, nimble newbies will experience a full mind and body exercise, helping to build confidence and teamwork skills, while having a mountain of fun. Those climbing up the walls will have a choice of taking this course at either the Loddon Valley Leisure Centre, or the Brunel University climbing wall.
