Tucked away inside Lisa Edwards Hairdressing, Simply Me provides a relaxing blend of wellbeing and beauty treats, and a calming, warmly-lit spot to receive them in. The qualified therapists strive to customise each session, creating an experience tailored to individual tastes. The Reading-based branch is open five days a week, and until 8pm on Wednesdays and Thursdays, to welcome even the busiest of beauties.
The on-hand therapist will knead knotty necks, backs, and shoulders for 30 minutes using a variety of techniques, particularly concentrating on troublesome tension and unhappy areas. Fingertips will then be treated with a Jessica mini manicure, where nails and cuticles will be tidied, before being coloured in with a favourite shade, in a polished session lasting up to 30 minutes.
