The Session
After an initial consultation to discern a specific area of focus, a physiotherapy or osteopathy session will follow immediately, with the appointment lasting around 30 minutes in total. The treatment will be deciphered and tailored according to individual requirements, and may consist of soft tissue massage, or involve techniques such as gentle manipulation and articulation of joints.
