Was greeted by a warm and friendly smile. Bar person took our case and showed us to our room. They checked to make sure that we had every thing [sic]. ie, refreshements [sic],towels and toiletries. The room was warm and inviting.

Our cases were taken to the bedroom for us and we were shown round. The whole stay was fantastic. The bed was comfy, plenty of towels and the staff were most helpful.
