The Campsite
Medi Spa Therapy & Healing Centre is a restful retreat between the city of Sheffield and the National Park, inviting guests to slumber in moonlit tents and explore the hills and dales by day. Camps are pitched in a meadow beside the spa, with warm showers available on waking, and barbecue areas available for some outdoor cookery. Visitors can book spa treatments in advance at a 20% discount, and make the most of the site’s facilities. A children’s playground will keep little ones occupied, while walkers can roam down a lime tree lane, spot old water wheels in the Rivelin valley, and listen to birdsong in the nearby Park.
The Spa
A fresh-air oasis designed around wooden cabins, the spa boasts an outdoor hot tub and an indoor therapy pool, treating bathers to warm water and wafts of perfumed aromatherapy oils. Therapists offer hot stone massages under wooden beams to the tinkle of wind chimes. The spa also hosts Watsu body massage in the pool, Kundalini yoga, and meditation courses for individuals and groups.

Train: The campsite is about a 15 minute taxi ride from Sheffield rail station. Trains from Sheffield run cross-country, to the East Midlands and the North.
