Situated in the stunning surrounds of Matlock Bath, this cosy creperie cooks all its pancakes the traditional Breton way using a cast iron griddle, with each culinary delight being whipped up with fresh home-made batter. Catering for both the sweet and savoury tooth, the café also rustles up fluffy omelettes with side salads, French toast for a bite at breakfast and waffles topped with fresh fruit, chocolate or maple syrup. When dinner time comes around, home-made chilli con carne, ratatouille and creamy garlic mushrooms are on hand to accompany savoury pancakes.
After deciding on either a warming cup of tea (£1.50) or coffee (£1.80) pinkie lifters can then take their pick from any of the sweet crepes off the menu.
