The sessions
After an initial consultation to discern a specific issue to focus on, the first session will follow immediately with two further sessions each lasting around 20 minutes. Treatments will be tailored to individual requirements and may consist of soft tissue massage, involving gentle manipulation and articulation of joints aiming to treat the problematic areas discovered.
