How does the it work?
Colour-coded plates are carried on a conveyor belt that runs around the sushi chefs' kitchen. When customers see a plate that excites their palate, they can take it off the belt and enjoy with ginger and soy sauce to taste.
Can dishes still be ordered from wait-staff?
A team of wait-staff are always around if customers want to order something from the menu or can't see a specific dish they want on the conveyor belt. An extensive takeaway menu is also available for lazy nights in. Apart from Sushi, what else is available?
The menu also boasts further Japanese dishes including ramen noodles, appetising starters such as miso soup and chicken gyoza, fresh sashimi to order, and mixed bento boxes for those who like a little bit of everything.
