Four 60 minute sessions of Cardio Tennis will involve energetic group activity using the court and tennis equipment as a kind of improvised gym, with the aim of providing a full body workout. With music playing to pump up the atmosphere, tennis moves will range from forehands and smashes to quick side shuffles, and sprints to the net will be used to build agility and improve speed and endurance. The sessions are more fitness than technique focused, and are suitable for drop shotters of all abilities.
