Known for their nervous disposition, cocktails are often shaken up. Be stirred with today’s Groupon: £17 for tapas and cocktails to share at The Bridge Wine Bar.
Nestled under the arches of Clapham North station, The Bridge Wine Bar warmly welcomes patrons with stirring cocktails and samples of savoury fare. A commitment to locally sourced food informs the restaurant’s menu, which features smatterings of tapas dishes perfect for sharing atop blonde-wood tables. The sparkling bar also hosts DJ spins and events every weekend for some sophisticated letting-down of hairs.

Quartets will be able to dig into their four tapas dishes, which may include the pumpkin, gorgonzola and poached pear salad, dressed with honey, lemon and mustard (£3.95) or perhaps the smoked salmon, with a poached egg and hollandaise sauce (£5.95). Fours can also enjoy a cocktail each, choosing from classics such as the mojito or margarita (both £6.50), the Australian Passion: a blend of vodka, passion fruit syrup shaken with egg white, in a martini glass lined with white chocolate (£7.50), or the Twenty Four Carat, a mix of melon gold and vodka with a shot of bubbly (£19.50).

Reviews
While yet to be widely reviewed, The Bridge has earnt a handful of encouraging write-ups from visitors impressed by the inviting ambience and varied wine selection.
I love this bar! Went there last night with a friend, loved the atmosphere, candles, DJ, food and most of all the wine! I am planning on returning on Saturday night with a group of friends. This bar is a fine addition to Clapham north!
