In a one month fitness adventure, the eight sessions of interval training will consist of high intensity short bursts of strength, cardio, and resistance lasting 45 minutes per session. The carefully choreographed sessions work on endurance and core muscles, and participants will get to work out to try TRX suspension, BOSU, and boxing. Split into five stations, two circuits will be completed with ten different exercise drills to music, with nutritional advice available for those looking to achieve tip-top strawberry picking shape.
