Insanity, the new high-intensity workout craze, lets gym-goers go mad for fitness. Led by an officially certified trainer, participants will push their body to the limit during a 30-minute interval training session, performing a blend of cardio, strength, and explosive plyometric drills, with 30 seconds of rest between each rep. The extreme 50-minute classes are for those who want to take their fitness to the next level. The exercise aims to improve core strength as well as stamina, and is suitable for both men and women.

30-minute classes- Brixton: Tues 6:30 – 7pm, Sat: 9:30 – 10am
50-minute classes - Clapham: Thursday: 7.30 - 8:30pm

Led by certified insanity trainer Marta Kargbo, Insane Intense Insanity teaches the strenuous, non-stop workout to Londoners from studios Studio B on Brixton Hill or Platanos College in Clapham. Marta is a personal trainer and BioSignature practitioner who aims to get adrenaline pumping during her weekly sessions.
