What is beauty yoga and face yoga?
Beauty yoga is an effective but more gentle way of practising yoga as it is based on directing focus inward, with poses designed to encourage flexibility and strength of the spine, core and joints. Face yoga aims to help activate muscles in the face in order to reach the level of tone the body gets while doing exercising. The class is rounded off with a brief spot of meditation and relaxation.
