Birds are clever when it comes to clichés, never thinking outside the box and or putting all their eggs in one basket, mainly because they don’t know what a box or a basket is. Get the bird’s eye view with today’s Groupon options from The Hawk Conservancy Trust:• £9 for full day entrance to the park for two adults (£23.70 Value)
• £14 for full day entrance for two adults and two children (£36 Value)
In 22 acres of woodland and wildflower meadow, The Hawk Conservancy Trust plays host to over 150 birds of prey and just one terrified wood pigeon, who doesn’t mind the Pygmy Owls but sits very still and quiet when she sees a Sea Eagle. As the only Great Bustard aviary in the United Kingdom, The Hawk Conservancy also offers the chance to see the world's heaviest flying bird, as well as daily demonstrations of spectacular falconry. And for the injured birds who aren’t up to so much showing off, the Conservancy runs a five-star rehabilitation hospital that looks after over 200 birds annually.
Hawkeyed Groupon holders can take a friend, the family, or a whole wood pigeon rescue party to the Hawk Conservancy with today’s deal. Having watched the herons and red kites be fed, guests can catch the Worlds of Birds of Prey, or Valley of the Eagles flying demonstrations before taking the opportunity to fly a Harris Hawk themselves (adults only). There are nest box cameras to coo over and tractor rides to rumble over, a Raptor trail to follow and ferret races to cheer at, and if guests have any energy left they can gawp at the woodland owls as they come out to float in the dusk.
Visitors to The Hawk Conservancy Trust have commented positively on the friendly staff and wide range of birds to see. Dooyoo users gave an average score of 5 stars out of 5, noting the excellent shows that take place.
Another excellent day at the Hawk conservancy. The birds are wonderful and the work of the conservancy is very interesting. The 'Shows' with the birds (even though I have seen them a number of times) are always a bit different and good value for money.

The best thing about the Hawk Conservancy is the friendly welcome awaiting you and the genuine (and infectious) enthusiasm and love of the birds in their care. Rain or shine you’ll have a great day out.
