We were very impressed with the clean fresh modern decor, very Ikea . All the staff made us feel very welcome. Comfortable rooms with all mod cons .We liked the communal lounge, with excellent coffee/drink facility, nice cookies too! Great freshly cooked full English and choice of continental breakfast.

The bed and breakfast was really easy to find, and a very convenient location to the town, beach and train station. We were greeted by a very friendly b & b owner who was very helpful.
