Up to 60 guests can descend to begin a nuptial celebration, beginning with a drinks reception, supping on bucks fizz or mulled wine, before commencing the civil ceremony. After the official hitching, guests can settle in for a three course wedding breakfast, including wine and coffee, with menus compiled with the expertise of local producers, and dietary requirements catered to on request. A glass of bubbly is provided for each guest as they toast the wedding speeches, and the ensuing party features a buffet of finger food. Special rates are available, but the newlyweds can pass the night in the bridal suite, coming complete with a congratulatory brekkie in the morning.
