The grounds of the hotel were very well kept and nice to look at. We had a view of the grounds from both the restaurant and bar. The menu had a decent selection of food and the food was excellent. Even the breakfast meal was superb. All in all the staff were helpful and made our stay very rewarding. We have recently stayed at the Damson Dene and found the hotel a fantastic place to stay and wish we could have stayed longer ... The 3 course meal was fantastic and would certainly not look out of place at a top class restauraunt [sic]. The bar prices where also pretty reasonable.
