Cooking and teaching the art of fine cake cuisine, Sophie Hunter invites pupils to Sanjeev’s Indian Restaurant to learn the ins and outs of cupcake making. This modern eatery-cum-cookery school was awarded the 2011 Restaurant of the Year by Taste of Staffordshire and offers a variety of classes to help pass on its well-cooked experience.

Baking beginners will be able to learn the art of sugar craft, cupcake making, and decoration in this three hour introductory lesson. Classes consist of up to 24 students, with practical and personalised tuition available at each of the restaurant’s purpose-built kitchen stations. Icing, frosting, and a variety of toppings will help customers finish between four to six confectionary creations, before they box them up to take home.
