The session(s)
An initial assessment of suitability will cover any specific issues, as well as full background history along with a postural analysis. Report of findings will be discussed and clients can take their first treatment alongside the initial meeting. Following this four subsequent sessions will focus on the issues discovered at consultation stage, and may include techniques such as soft tissue therapy, spinal manipulative therapy, and strengthening exercises. Clients will then be invited back for a spinal health work shop, where they can learn how to continue care and wellbeing at home and at work.
