A centre dedicated to wellbeing in a broad range of forms, Helping Hands is home to a varied array of therapies and makes a splash with an on-site hydrotherapy pool. Open until 9pm each weekday, the Gorslas location also hosts sports massages.
With each lasting up to 30 minutes, the trio of treatments will begin with a back, neck, and shoulder massage to get bodies in the pampering mood. Next, faces can be cleansed with a mini facial, before guests choose between fingers and toes with a manicure or pedicure bringing in the final applause.
