Delivering dance fitness sessions to fuel healthy lifestyles and inspire joviality, funfit4life packs in hot stepping moves and some rhythmic revelry in a fun and sociable group setting. Qualified instructor Joanne Peacock makes full use of her prowess on polished floors as she puts some Latin and South African fervour into workouts, helping clients to sculpt muscles and win dance-offs.
Six up-tempo sessions of Zumba or Bokwa can be taken in Fairford areas to kick-start dance and fitness tendencies. Bokwa is a quick moving blend of a traditional South African war dance, combining kickboxing and other steps, while Zumba turns up the heat with Latin-inspired verve. Classes last 45-50 minutes each and are suitable for hot steppers of all fitness levels.
