Perching prettily in the civil parish of Badbury, The Plough Inn is an 18th century country pub seasoned with traditional British fare and barrels filled with a spread of real ales. Taste buds could be tickled with the likes of the Scottish wholetail scampi accompanied by chips and peas (£9.95), chicken breast stuffed with ham, garlic sauce, and mozzarella cheese and wrapped in bacon (£11.95), or the Mediterranean vegetable and cheese Wellington dressed in a pesto and tomato sauce and wrapped in puff pastry (£9.95). Palates will then be suitably sweetened with a dessert, with choices including home-made Eton mess and treacle tart (both £4.50), with all morsels being washed down with a medium glass of house wine each (£4).
Choose from the following options:
• £18 for a two course pub meal for two with a glass of wine each (Up to 56% off)
• £36 for a two course pub meal for four with a glass of wine each (Up to 56% off)
