A traditional country inn with a sprawling garden lapped at by the water of the Thames, The Red Lion welcomes patrons into a homely pub with roaring log fires and hearty home cooked meals. A rustic feel emanates throughout, whilst the airy restaurant features floor length windows overlooking the scenic garden and Thames path. A selection of real ales help guests sink into their tranquil surrounds, with bed and breakfast available for those too comfortable to leave.

Reviews
The Red Lion was awarded an appetite whetting 4/5 by initial TripAdvisor reviewers. Visitors enjoyed the hearty food and the riverside location, particularly when the weather was good.
Looking for somewhere reasonably local when my parents visited we decided to try out this friendly village pub for Sunday lunch. All things considered we agreed it was one of the best we had ever had - fantastic food, a good menu and excellent value - I would recommend it to anyone.

Went here on a lovely sunny day, after going for a walk, for a few drinks. Pub is very quaint and cosy, with lovely big garden right next to the Thames.
