The Session
With over seven years’ experience in semi-permanent make-up, Hiba Rihan will deftly grant complexions a lift with a choice of smouldering eye lines or more defined eyebrows. Using specialist ink, the skilled make-up artist will treat faces to a lick of colour which is designed for a long lasting effect, and may take clients some way towards the goal of spending less time at the mirror each morning.
