Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult. To participate, all students must satisfactorily complete a full PADI Enrollment Programme, including self-certification. Must be able to swim 200 meters and tread water for 10 minutes. Must complete medical questionnaire prior to course. Students must attend same day sessions each week. Max. 8 per session. This course is a precursor to the ‘Open Water Diver’ course, it covers theory and confined water sessions only, and is a limited certification. Their vast expanse of PADI specialisms covers everything from shipwreck diving to photographic adventures, overflowing with skill development for those wishing to master aquatic ambition.
Three academic evenings will equip fledgling scubies with the theoretical knowledge needed to take to the water in safety. These will be combined with pool sessions, giving pupils the chance to learn emergency procedures, kit assembly, and how to enter the water with the stealth of a sealion.
