Ensuring two left feet are transformed into a pair of right ones; this shimmying, sociable school offer a dance floor full of classes for beginners and the advanced calibre of movers. As well as holding classes for students wanting to become smooth groovers, they also host after class parties for their tutees to put everything into practise in amongst new friends and other top spinners. With sessions dotted all over Wolverhampton, dancers can step to the beat in their venue of choice, meeting new people and potential dance partners who are ready to send each other into a spin.
Over six consecutive weeks, wannabe smooth movers can learn all the tricks and trades of the Latin dance of salsa. Welcoming all abilities with feet aged 18 or older, classes are held on five evenings at various venues throughout Wolverhampton. Dancers will learn everything from how to position the body, to the secret of moving in time to the beat, as well as picking up tips on spins, turns and how to look masterful when taking the lead.
