Dishing out a mix of authentic Indian flavour spiced up with a wide range of regional specialities, Obilash adds some heat to the culinary map of Ross-on-Wye. An electric-blue façade welcomes customers to the flavourful restaurant, where shashlick and biryani dishes dot dining tables. Seating guests under pretty ferns and blooming foliage, the restaurant keeps doors open seven days a week and have recently been nominated to feature in the AAA Guide of Excellence guide book.
Paired or grouped epicureans can toast to their culinary endeavours with a welcoming glass of wine (£2.20) or soft drink each before tucking into a choice of starters such as a chicken stuffed pepper (£4.15). After chewing over an onion bhaji (£3.15), customers can prepare for a main attraction such as a duck tikka bhuna (£12.85) dressed in onion sauce or a chicken palak paneer (£8.85) with cheese.
