Weakness and humdrum workouts are shown the door at Millfield Fitness, where the experienced instructors offer a variety of classes to suit all training styles and fitness goals. The team provides personal and group training at a number of community venues and at its own studio, where a bevy of apparatus is used to refocus the eye of the tiger. A sports therapist also backs up the team, helping to alleviate muscular aches and ease the path to healing after injury.
Ten high-intensity classes can be joined, each offering 45 to 60 minutes of heart-racing and muscle-pumping routines. There are morning and evening sessions from Monday to Friday, with various class types to mix-and-match. Zumba Fitness, ballroom blitz, and Bokwa will have clients hot-stepping towards health goals, while Bodycombat, kettlebells, street fit, core conditioning, and fitness yoga will have clients feeling the burn or getting stretchy and relaxed.
