Spreading sugary knowledge like a knife spreading frosting, Yorkshire Cake Decorating Classes lays out the basics and intricacies of the art form for budding bakers to absorb like a sponge cake. Individuals or pairs can bring a tub of buttercream to their two-hour class, where they will be taught a variety of techniques, from modelling to piping, to making flowers and other sweet designs. As well as demonstrations, there will be hands-on activity, culminating in the adornment of six cupcakes to take home, where they can be eaten or displayed on a plinth to make others jealous. The class is available on various days and at several locations, all with car parking facilities. Refreshments, in the form of tea, coffee, and soft drinks will be provided.
