Helping youngsters tune up their onstage skills, the experienced instructors at this harmonious company help kids across the North band together for instrumental fun. The School Of Rock and Pop uses group activities to help develop musical ability, and helps encourage confidence and communication skills through collaborative exercises and performances. Suitable for pupils at all levels, the classes and workshops place emphasis on group participation, fun, and epic guitar shredding. 
Catering for absolute beginners as well more experienced young rock stars, those aged between ten and 15 can rock and roll along to two group music workshops, held at a variety of locations on weekday evenings from 6pm. Lasting 2.5 hours each, the sessions will see kids try instruments such as electric guitar, keyboards, and stick-spinning drums. Instruments are provided, though kids can bring along their own from home to show off their skills.
