Celebrating its tenth year, the London Burlesque Festival brings together 15 events at a string of venues during May. One of the larger festivals of its kind, it boasts an eclectic mix of over 100 burlesque and variety acts from all over the world performing at various high-profile events. There will also be the chance to peruse boutique vendors and pick up tips in workshops at the Big Day Out.

Absolutely shocking. Poorly thought out. no cloakroom, no seating, with the majority of the guests being older. I didn't see anything below the forehead due to the lack of seating, and there were people in wheelchairs unable to see. The whole thinng was an absolute disgrace, and an insult to the dancers, as they were probably better than a venue with no forward planning.

The venue wasn't suitable for the amount of people or the type of show. A lot of people left before half time due to being unable to see. I myself left at half time as I was unable to get near the front and beardy seen any of the entertainment. I wld try another show however not at this venue.

The venue. At least half the people attending couldn't see anything as the stage is to low for a standing show. By the time the last two acts were on loads of people had left which is sad. If people can't see they won't come back again. Personally I was 1 of a group of 8 and could only just see the top half of the acts and I'm 6ft tall. I enjoyed what I saw but won't go back to the tunnels for it as nobody else in my group could see.

wouldn't see in aberdeen again, not a great crowd or atmosphere although nothing to do with the show itself

Tickets advertised show starting at 8 but didn't get into venue until 8 and show started at 9. Venue was unsuitable, very limited view of the stage due to being crowded and I thought 3 intervals was rather excessive. We left soon after the 3rd interval but many others had already left already

Try to use a different venue to ensure people can see something of the performers acts and organise the entrance and start of show better.
