Staff very welcoming. Lunch excellent. Only room for improvement - better music in the pool area. Noisy pop not the most relaxing! New foam woggles for pool to replace ones that had been munched! Will definitely use again.

Danielle did an excellent job of my gel nails. I did not use the spa facilities but would recommend the treatments.

The staff were friendly and the treatment was good but the place itself is very dated and needed some love. The pool was unfortunately closed (they did prewarn us to see if we wanted to reschedule but we went anyway ss struggling for free dates). Even with 20% off food it was expensive.

The spa area looks ready for a refurb but the girls were friendly and treatments good.

Old, Miss-matched, robes/belts. Mine even had a hole in it. Not enough sun beds- had to share one between four of us. Children were using the facilities too so wasn’t really a ‘Spa Day’ as such as residents of the hotel were using it too, hence the children.

A group of four ladies with varying mobility booked to enjoy the spa. When booking we were assured that there were no issues with access - on arrival one flight of steps and steps down to the spa area from the changing room. The supplied towels, robes and (eventually received) slippers were all one size. All four ladies different sizes and shapes. Was advised to pre-order lunch which we did but were told that we would have to get dressed again and go back up the stairs to the bar area - why were we not told before putting swimwear on AND surely they couldn't expect people to swim in the pool and use the hot tub/sauna/steam room - get changed out of wet swimwear - go eat - then put on cold wet swimwear to continue in the spa area!!! EVENTUALLY, common sense prevailed and we placed our food order which was brought to the reception area in the spa. I feel that this is a ridiculous thing to ask you clients to do but if there is a reasonable explanation I would love to hear it. The loungers are ridiculously low and the covers on them are disgraceful, stained and flat. We were unaware that children were permitted in the spa area and was very disappointed that we were not. The treatments were ok,however the girl who did my massage was not reading the reactions of my muscles during the massage and I had to correct her a number of times. A therapist should take the lead from what they are told at the beginning but should be able to fee the way their client is reacting to every touch and movement through each muscle. the girl continued to use unacceptable pressure even after I asked her to ease up. I have now had to see my chiropractor and he has advised me that my deep tissues are severly bruised and that I need to completely rest the muscles before he can even begin work again on the rest of me! There were over 10 bulb throughout the spa area which needed replacing and as a member of our group was epileptic we requested that they were all replaced as it could have triggered a seizure. They were changed but that is not the point, the lack of attention to detail with the light bulbs did worry me as to what other areas were not being seen to adequetly. We have attended many spa days (full price and discounted) and we all agreed that this was one of the very worst we had ever attended. The best bit was the quality of food, not a la carte but good ingredients, well cooked and filling.

Excellent beauty treatments and very thorough massage. Difficult to book extra treatments and had to call several times to sort and no hot drink offered or slippers as described so have given 4 stars. Will return though as treatments were first rate!
