This was a gift for graduation, and it was well received. Both really saw the benefits of the spa, the treatments were relaxing and enjoyable and the staff were brilliant. The spa facilities were a little on the smaller side but it worked well for us as there was not many people using them the morning we went.

it was ok for the price I'm not sure I would have been happy paying full price. I brought the massage for two as advertised for two so you would presume they would have been together but we were split up into different rooms hotel quite old fashioned but staff were lovely

The spa day was wonderful, staff very good and attentive. The food however in the restaurant afterwards was not very good, so our five star rating is for the spa only.

Staff were amazing. Treatments were fantastic. The hotel is having renovations so lots of areas closed off/ temporary reception Vanessa a fire exit etc. Does not really have a spa feel to it. It was a small swimming pool and gym with sauna. There was only 1 size of dressing gown which only closed at one point for me (size 20) and drowned my friend as she’s tiny (size 8). You had to get dressed to get to the restaurant. My friend is coeliac so needs gluten free and there was very little on offer although the bread was nice. The restaurant is very expensive. They could only offer filter coffee and it would have been nice to have a little more choice. We left by 12 after arriving at 9.30. The treatments and the staff definitely made it worth its money.

All the staff we came into contact with at the spa were really friendly, professional and helpful. I found the changing rooms and pool, sauna and steam area to be quite small, however as I visited on a Tuesday, it was quiet so this was not an issue. Myself and my friend both had a fifty minute facial which was lovely and really relaxing. Overall it was a great day and I would definitely return!

Had some very nice spa treatments, the therapists were excellent. The food was ok but not worth the cost even with 20% off. All the staff were very nice and helpful. The spa facilities were good and it wasn't crowded. It was nice not to have products pushed at us like many spas do and this allowed us to enjoy the day. The hotel is currently being refurbished as a holiday inn and the spa will follow. Overall a great day.
