Based in the heart of Brook in the Kent downs, this gastro pub strives to blend traditional British cuisine with trendy modern cooking. The pub offers dishes made of seasonal produce, as well as home-baked bread and a choice of ice-cream made on the spot. Patrons may complement their meals with cask ales from Kent, or choose from a list of wines. Gareth Cox at The Honest Miller also caters for large parties, weddings and other special occasions, including birthdays and anniversaries.

Fatty steak and frozen chips. Nice mushroom Thought it wiukd be better. They want you to purchase extras i.e. Peppercorn sauce onion rings etc. bumps your bill up.

Very disappointed. The quality of food wasn't great and could only choose a certain bottle of wine in the deal.

Used a Groupon voucher - food fine but without the Groupon voucher we felt very overpriced considering it is only a pub. Steaks were priced at around £20 plus!

Had the four course tasting menu and portions were fine. One small thing to report was that there was a lot of garlic used in the dishes. Personally, I like garlic but to anyone who doesn't, that could be an issue. Service was very good and drinks reasonably priced. Only able to book the Groupon offer from Mon - Thurs so be aware of this.

Portions large...more of a 4 course meal than a tasting menu which was great!
