Based in the heart of Brook in the Kent downs, this gastro pub strives to blend traditional British cuisine with trendy modern cooking. Lovely country pub with great food and friendly service. Bar staff were welcoming and inviting and the food itself was delicious with a choice for everyone.

The food is really lovely. Lots of care and effort goes into the presentation of a superb menu. Ingredients are excellent quality and service was great too. It is definitely the best food we have had in a local pub in this part of Kent. The Honest Miller still appears to be a hidden gem. I have recommended it to all my friends who appreciate good food.

Bought this for my nieces birthday.
she said that the ambience was very good and the evening they went there was entertainment, which was also very good.The service and food was also very good. her and her boyfriend enjoyed the 4 course tasting menu. it was excellent she said.
