Absolutely disgusting company, was lied to, given the times of a non existent flight and was offered an upgrade to an earlier flight at a cost of £100,when on checking that flight was the only one going on that date. Was told the hotel named in the offer was unavailable and given another one but was told we had to pay for breakfast which once again on checking the hotel offered to us came with a free breakfast, so I expect the money we were charged for the breakfast went into KPX's very deep pockets. Complained to Groupon, they weren't interested. All in all made 11 phone calls to KPX but they very conviently couldn't seem to understand my English accent, but they did seem to speak very fluent English when ripping me off with upgrades etc... We are left with this trip to go on BUT are dreading it. Would never use them again and on looking at other peoples feedback it seems we all agree. I DO think Groupon should remove KPX from their website. My last word is that I had to click on a star rating in order to leave this feedback, but I certainly wouldn't give them any star rating.
