The newly refurbished Wheatsheaf country pub invites customers for a traditional English dining experience. The venue boasts a calm, vintage decor with vanilla-hued walls and tartan detailing. Patrons can select from the lunchtime menu or opt for a selection of evening specials, with a wide range of beers, wines and spirits also on offer. There is also a pub garden with a Petanque alley where entire families can lounge and enjoy sunny days.

Sunday lunch was lovely, staff are friendly and very welcoming. Lovely countryside views and the dining area is decorated nicely.

Has been refurbished but not overly welcoming. Elements of the roast were processed, as was the dessert. Comment made when I advised I had a Groupon voucher - said I hadn't told them when I booked/arrived! Shame as it could be really good.
