This Battersea-based cafe is run by Mario, a seasoned pastry chef who has worked in a bakery since he was 11. Mario completed his education at a French bakery school at the age of 22, and has since worked as a chef on three continents. At Nicola, he serves an array of paninis, quiches, croissants, and sandwiches prepared with fresh produce, as well as a selection of cakes and chocolates. A choice of Costa Rican coffees and organic teas compliments baked goods.
