First established in Soho in 1926, Patisserie Valerie follows artisanal baking traditions brought to London by Belgian-born Madam Valerie, whose mission was to introduce continental patisserie to the English. Now boasting over 120 venues nationwide, the company adorns its cafes with 1950s-inspired decor, and serves up an array of freshly-made cakes, craft pastries, breakfasts, lunches, coffees and loose-leaf teas. Their specialities include meticulously crafted croissants and viennoiseries, as well as homemade Italian-style gelato.
Bread on side of Sandwich a bit dry, scones dry not fresh cakes lively
Lovely food and well presented
Lovely food & pleasant helpful staff
Easy to use groupon voucher
Brilliant staff. Food presentation and quality was first class. An all round very enjoyable experience.
The food is always delicious. It never varies from restaurant to restaurant. I have had quite a few vouchers and love visiting Patisserie Valerie. The staff are friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble.
Very nice afternoon tea, with drinks
Beverley Debenhams staff (lady) was exceptional helpful very nice thank you for nice mother and daughter afternoon te
Lovely atmosphere with friendly staff. Highly recommend
First time calling has ran out of afternoon tea. Was given a free coffee and cake and allowed further time to redeem voucher so ok. Rang up previous day for second visit. Started afternoon tea but scones burnt. Mentioned to one male member of staff, totally ignored by him, very ignorant as though he didn’t want to be there. Had to ask another male member of staff who was totally different and saw to our every need, very helpful. Afternoon tea very average. Sandwiches very poor not fresh.
