I think they oversold their group on the selection and photo did not match at all, they should be more candid about what you receive, for example the smallest ham sandwich ever, the smallest bottle of prosecco ever, one scone each and one sponge cake, very disappointing

Our afternoon tea was very disappointing indeed, no thought given to presentation, miss match of crockery, no vegetarian sandwiches despite having been informed there was a vegetarian in the party, clotted cream would be the order of the day with our scones, not warm runny cheap whipped cream and as for last months scones that could've been used as lethal weapons, the approach was to slice them in half and toast them.....REALLY? Constantly having to ask for extra milk, tea, coffee, (which was served in a tea pot?) and as for the bottle of Prossecco to share, this was 2 miniature bottles between 4, doesn't add up to the full 75cl of a normal bottle of wine, complete rip off. You have a lot to learn about afternoon tea. Big thumbs down, so glad we didn't pay £98 full price, would certainly have caused a stink if that was the case. This is a fantastic demonstration of how not how to win new customers! Your toilet facilities also leave a lot to be desired, unsightly water stains in the ceilings and walls and 3 bowls of dusty pot pourri displayed on a table like a shrine.....so 70's, get with the programme.

I think it is a bit misleading to state a "bottle of prosseco" when in fact it is a 200ml mini bottle to share!!

We had afternoon tea. Disappointed to say the least. It looked very nice when it came out the cream for the scone wasn't clotted but squirty cream. The sandwiches had already started to dry out and were hard round the edges. And the bottle of prosecco was so small it wouldn't have shared between 2! All in all we won't be going back as I feel it wasn't real value for money.
